Steve Kelly Promoted to Principal

To begin 2021, we are thrilled to announce the promotion of Steve Kelly to Principal. Steve has been with Mahan Rykiel 15 years and has more than 22 years of experience in master planning, urban design, land development and landscape architecture. He has designed and managed projects ranging from small-scale residential landscapes to award winning large-scale international master plans. 

Steve has co- led and led the Institutional Team, where he has done everything from marketing, interviewing, proposal writing, to managing projects within budget. He has become the preferred contact for many repeat clients and his projects have won several Maryland ASLA awards.
