Mahan Rykiel’s Isaac Hametz will be speaking at the ULI Resilience Summit: Climate Risk and Resilience in Real Estate, an exclusive event focused on preparing ULI members for the impacts of climate change and enhancing the resilience of real estate projects, investments, communities, and cities.
His presentation, “Practicing Resilience” will highlight the MRA’s Design Research Studio, climate adaptation projects, and resiliency initiatives that emphasize the importance of parks/public landscapes as a platform for co-benefits.
During the conference’s Tract 1: Climate, Health, and Public Space Solutions, Isaac will join Monica Hobbs Vinluan, JD, of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; Michelle de la Uz, the Executive Director of Fifth Avenue Committee, Inc. (FAC); Surili Sutaria Patel, with the American Public Health Association. They will share successful project examples and evidence-supported opportunities to enhance health and sustainability through public space and other built environment investments. Read more here.
