Cylburn Arboretum comprises 207 acres of woodland, meadows, gardens and lawns in Baltimore City. It is home to beautiful historic buildings, many species of wildlife, and is visited by large numbers of school children, families, garden clubs, scout troops and individuals who come to explore, learn, participate in events, and simply enjoy nature.
Inspired by his life and legacy, the family of Pierce Flanagan III sponsored the creation of a downtown park that bears his name. Selected by the family to design this park, Mahan Rykiel has created a unique open space that will engage children and families as part of the Inner Harbor landscape.

Wyman Park Dell, a 16-acre historic park, is one of the few parks in Baltimore fully conceived and designed by the Olmsted Brothers. The park is a significant resource for the surrounding neighborhood, institutions such as the Baltimore Museum of Art and Johns Hopkins University as well as for the City residents.
Druid Hill Park is Baltimore’s first large municipal park—comprising 745 acres of lawns, rolling hills, and forest—and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From its inception, the park’s beautiful water features also functioned as sources of drinking water for the citizens of Baltimore.
