Mahan Rykiel provided landscape architectural services for this large mixed-use complex in Ilsan. MRA was responsible for the Schematic Design of the hardscape, landscape, furniture and fountains of all the public spaces. MRA also provided Construction Document Review and Site Observation. This two-level retail/entertainment podium is the central feature of six residential towers with green park spaces above the retail level. The central space will have year round activities from splash pad fountains, mall concerts and movie nights to ice skating. It also has easy access to the existing Metro system, making an easy destination from anywhere in Ilsan.
