Coulter Avenue Assemblage is a new multifamily development at the Suburban Square shopping center in Ardmore, PA. Mahan Rykiel led the overall master planning and repositioning of the historic retail center and now continues that work with this new residential development that will feature 131 market-rate units with over 10,000 square feet of amenity space, 20,000 square feet of retail, and 208 underground parking spaces. Mahan Rykiel led the design of the amenity courtyards as well as the streetscape that further completes the building out of the overall master plan.
