500 Walnut is a new ultra-luxury condominium tower overlooking the most historic site in the United States – Independence Hall. Initiated by Scannapieco Development Corporation, the project includes 30 residential build-to-suit condominiums above four stories of extensive amenities. Mahan Rykiel Associates designed the elevated terrace amenity spaces as well as the streetscape at ground level.
