Michael joined Mahan Rykiel Associates in June 2014 after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University. While studying at Penn State, Michael received an Honor award from PA-DE ASLA for the analysis and planning of “Flexible Futures” within the Marcellus Shale region of Pennsylvania. Michael has also studied abroad in Germany where he has been published in Garten + Landschaft Magazine.
Since joining Mahan Rykiel Associates, Michael has worked on a wide range of projects internationally and nationally; from the Yihe Mall in China to local Harbor Point Redevelopment in Baltimore, Maryland.
