Conde Nast Readers’ Choice Rates Sagamore Pendry #1 in Mid-Atlantic

Launched in the United States in 1987, Condé Nast Traveler is a market-leading monthly travel magazine, and today there are nine different international editions. With its motto of “Truth in Travel”, the publication provides enlightening content on a wide range of topics, including destinations, hotels, food and beverage, airlines as well as fashion, cars, digital and grooming. 

Now in its 35th year, their annual Readers’ Choice Awards continues to capture the travel experiences our readers love best.  Sagamore Pendry came in with a score of 98.02, winning as the best hotel in the Mid-Atlantic.

Completed in 2017, the Sagamore Pendry Hotel brings an historic landmark to life at the epicenter of the waterfront Fell’s Point neighborhood. The 128 guestroom/luxury suite hotel includes 10,000 sq.ft of indoor/outdoor event space.

MGM National Harbor

MGM National Harbor is a $1.5 billion mixed-use resort, the newest addition to the booming multiuse National Harbor development situated along the Potomac Riverfront. A 23-acre destination resort casino, the project also includes a mix of retail, entertainment and dining. Mahan Rykiel was tasked with designing the exterior public areas and entrances.

Baltimore Hilton Convention Hotel

The convention center hotel occupies a full city block on Pratt Street, Baltimore’s premier downtown and waterfront address. It overlooks Camden Yards, home to the Baltimore Orioles.

Wutai Mountain Resort

The Wutai Hilton is the flagship hotel for tourists visiting the Wutai World Heritage Site, an area encompassing 5 mountain peaks and the ancestral home of Buddhism in China. The heritage region boasts nearly 1500 historic, temples, sites and artifacts.
